How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3pm ship the same business day. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email.
What if it doesn't work for my pet's fur?
You have 30 days to try it. If it's not lifting the hair you expected, contact us for a full refund or a free replacement — no return shipping needed.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our own warehouse in the United States, so there are no customs delays or surprise fees.
How do I clean and care for the remover?
Empty the collected fur into the bin, rinse the roller under warm water if needed, and let it air dry. No replacement pads or refills ever required.
